The hotel was a pleasant surprise with amazing sea view, large and clean rooms, and attentive staff.

Couldn't fault, except for miscommunication on spa amenities and hidden pet fees.

The Grand Hotel Seeschlosschen was a great hotel. The pool facilities were wonderful for us. You had a choice of an indoor or outdoor pool. This was great as we have two children so when the weather was bad we could swim indoors. The staff went out of their way to help us given we did not speak German. They were very accomodating.

The only complaint I had for a great weekend was the staff of the breakfast buffet was a bit slow. But really not such a big deal as we were not in a hurry!

It had its own form of charm

A bit old fashioned and I don't like the idea of dogs in the rooms .. particularly if one suffers from allergies.

We had a fantastic time by the coast and enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. the breakfast was amazing and we loved the fact that there were so many choices of food and drinks. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants.

We were quite disappointed with the room, as there were a lot of small maintenance issues that added up to a negative experience. the bathroom was not very clean and we found it quite outdated.

Here, the luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. the vast room, with a balcony and breathtaking sea view, was well cleaned. the Spa & wellness center was an absolute paradise of relaxation. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the jacuzzi were fabulous. the service was fantastic, the staff made sure I felt at home, went above and beyond.

the inconsistent wifi in my room was not the best quality, so I had to rely on mobile data.

The hotel is a great place to relax and enjoy a beach vacation. Being right on the beach, guests can easily access the sandy shores and enjoy the beautiful views. the hotel's location in front of the beach provides a stunning backdrop for dining in all of the hotel's restaurants. the rooms are spacious and offer lovely views, allowing guests to fully embrace the coastal atmosphere. the breakfast served is excellent, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes.

One thing to note is that the towels provided may not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.
